1. To create an HDR image, you need to set your camera settings preferably to the Auto Exposure Bracketing function to get the best images in a short period of time without having to adjust your camera settings between each picture. 2. We will use a camera, preferably with AEB, and a tripod to keep the camera steady and in the same place. Also we will use programs, like photoshop, to mash the photos together. 3. Someone might take an HDR photo to capture all the highlights and shadows of a picture without leaving out beautiful details. 4. We might see deeper shadows highlighting different features. Also we might see colors merge together.

Opinions Essay

I believe that is not necessary for students to do on their own time.    After school work usually becomes more time consuming as students progress in the education system. Homework seems to become harder in high school. High school is when many students start working at jobs. In a survey taken around 2007, around 50% of students in grades 3-12 spend at least and hour to three hours on everyday homework after school. The numbers may have increased. A lot of people say that there is plenty of time after school to complete work and get a decent amount of sleep, but what about work? I know several older peers who go to jobs after school where they spend hours. By the time they get home to the time they go to bed, they may not have enough time to complete their work, or at least not well.   Another complication with homework is sleep. In a s

Personal Essays

1. The writer gave the idea of clothes prices, but says the you can write about anything you feel passionate about. 2. The author said to give statistics and facts, but also give different perspectives. For example, the writer says to give the reader insight on a personal moment and a wider perspective on that same thing. 3. One suggestion the author made was to make the essay personal, but not too personal.  Another suggestion was was to not rant, but relate your topic to the reader and how it correlates with the rest of the world. One more suggestion was to make sure your reader knows why you feel that way using personal stories and facts.

Nut Graf

The Nut Graf is a part of a story. The Nut Graf explains why the story is important and why you should read it. It is basically putting the theme of a story in a "nutshell". The Nut Graf also justifies the point of the story. I does that by giving the reader supporting material to back up the point of the story.  the Nut Graf also provides the reader with a smoother transition from the leading paragraph to the rest of the story. It also helps the reader understand why the story is important in that moment. The Nut Graf also throughly explains  the 5 W's of the story. Portfolios pt.2

A) I agree with the sumo picture being number one in a category because I like how the back of the sumo is going up and the women is looking at him while going down. B) One photo I do not agree with the judges on is the picture that came in second out of a set. The photo is of a swimmer underwater with his arms extended and bubbles streaming from his mouth. I disagree because the background of this picture is cool because not only is it the background, it reflects on the swimmer as well. Also, I think that this photo shows more action than the one of the guy with another guys finger in his eye.
