Painting Recreation Assignment:

1. The light is coming from the right hand side kind of behind the girl.
2. I could duplicate that light by shining a light behind her.
3. I will need to duplicate her red lipstick  and the black background.
4. I will just take it head on with her looking over her shoulder.
5. i would need a yellow colored robe, a blue and yellow scarf, and a pearl earring.
6. A good model would be a girl with blond hair.
7. The model needs to look over her shoulder with a kind of open mouth. Also look straight at the camera.
8. The most difficult things would be the background, the scarf, and the shadows.

2. I could duplicate that photo by turning on room light on the right.
3. I would need to get the background and the apple hanging down in front of his face.
4. The angle is straight forward with the model facing straight towards the camera.
5. I would need a suit, red tie, and a hat.
6. A good model would be a boy with short hair.
7. The sky is blue and cloudy, there is a short beige wall, the man has softly clenched fists, and seems to be looking past the apple even though his whole face is covered by the apple.
8. The three most difficult things to would be the background, the apple, and the wall.

2. I could duplicate it using a lamp on her right hand side.
3. The woman has red lipstick on and the background is dark.
4. The woman has her chin down and her forehead forward with half her face more forward.
5. I will need a blue top.
6. A good model would be a girl with dark long hair and dark eyebrows.
7. the model needs to wear red lipstick and have her hair in a low bun. She will also need to angle her head down.
8. The most difficult part will be the lighting, the hair, and the angles.

1) The camera obscura effect is an optical effect. You can achieve this effect in a completely dark room using a hole in the wall and a light . The hole acted as a lens when the light was focused and the  outside image was projected upside down on the wall. It was the first camera. 2) Isaac Newton and Christian Huygens got a better understanding of optics, and learned how to make higher quality lenses to make a better camera. 3) In 1827 , Joseph Nicephore Niepce added film to create the first successful photograph. He used a glass lens, a dark box, and a film. 4) Modern cameras still have some of the same features as the old ones. Light still has to pass through the lens and into the camera, and the end result is still a photograph. 5) More modern digital cameras use an electronic sensor called a CCD.
